Do I Pay For Delivery?
We deliver to all parts of Australia, local, rural or country. And if you prefer your package sent to a different address from your listed home address, that's easy done.
All our items listed via our store offer 'Free Delivery'.
We also offer the 'Express Post' service for a small fee if you want to receive your package sometimes same day or next business day.
These options are offered at the checkout.
What if i'm not home to receive my package?
It can be annoying waiting all day for a 1 minute iteration to receive your delivery. Not to worry, if our delivery driver doesn't find you at the address, they will notify you by leaving a business card at your entrance stating they have taken your package to your local post office, which you may collect any time without further fee.
You can also 'Add Order Notes' at the checkout if you already know you wont be home. In these notes please advise us where you would like us to leave your item so its there when you get back. Please select a secure place, away from the main road and visibility from the sidewalk.
How do i track my order?
Once your item has been handed over to our delivery team, they will upload the package details to their system, and this is when your tracking number becomes visible.
You will receive an email stating the tracking number, which you can view the progress of the package delivery 24/7.
What if I receive a damaged parcel, the wrong items, or don't receive my order at all?
Unfortunately these things happen but not very often. In the event it does occur, please take a quick photo with your phone of the damage to the packaging.
Via our homepage select 'Contact Us' and upload the photo showing the damage. We will then pay to have the item sent back to us, and resend your order to you via Express Post to reduce any further time delays, and at no extra cost to you.
